BLAM!!!!!!!

These are the results from that night’s stupidity. Two of us weren’t wearing seat belts. So now my friend is dead and I’m a cripple. Think and say what you will but it doesn’t really matter, cause it is what is.

The Ranch

From U.C.L.A Medical Center, I was sent to Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey, California. But I tell you, I did not want to go! I remember the day I was being transferred. I asked one of the nurses, Hey, what’s going on? Am I gonna walk, or what? He tells me, What do you mean, hasn’t any one told you?.. You will never walk nor move your arms again. And you might not even get off the respirator. You will drive your wheel chair with a chin-controlled joystick and it will more than likely carry your respirator in the back behind you. … I wanted to die when he told me that. But something inside of me said, No, this is only temporary! So I said to him, You know something. You guys only practice medicine, but the real doctor IS the BIG MAN upstairs and only HE will decide. I don’t care what you think, I’m gonna walk, I know I am! He then told me, That’s good, keep that attitude and you’ll be all right. I just said to myself, When I get on my feet again, I’m gonna come back here & tap dance on his face! That’ll learn his punk ass for trying to break me!
